He has assisted lighting designers in NYC at 59E59 Theatres and the New Ohio Theatre working with companies like The Adjusted Realists, Flux Theatre Ensemble, and New Opera NYC.

He will be entering his third season this summer as the Production Stage Manager for California State University Summer Arts working with companies such as Urban Bush Women, Trisha Brown Dance Company, Contra-Tiempo, Steppenwolf Theatre Company, as well as numerous national leaders in the visual and performing arts. Locally, he works as the Master Electrician for Salt Lake Acting Company, resident lighting designer for Good Company Theatre, and in various technical capacities at venues across Northern Utah such as Lagoon, Pioneer Theatre Company, Kingsbury Hall, and more. He enjoys trail-running, traveling, and working in the arts in all its forms. (www.william-peterson.com)
