Female Dancer Audition

Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company is holding an audition for a full-time FEMALE dancer. 

Saturday, March 18, 2017 | SALT LAKE CITY

Seeking an experienced female dancer who is technically strong, stylistically versatile, and creative to join this 6 member contemporary dance company. Ririe-Woodbury offers a yearly contract of a minimum 40 weeks work, July - June, plus health insurance. This position includes performing, teaching, educational outreach and support responsibilities.

For the audition, dancers should be prepared to take class, learn repertory, improvise, speak, and be involved in a creative process. Dancers should also prepare a two-minute solo of their own choreography that best showcases their abilities.

Applicants must have legal status to work in the United States.

Contract begins July 1, 2017.

Dancers must pre-register online to audition in person by submitting a résumé, head shot, contact information for 2 references and a non-refundable audition fee of $15. Early registration is strongly encouraged to reserve your audition spot.
