  • Each lesson is developed in accordance with Utah State Dance Core Curriculum

"Oh my gosh that was fun.  I loved seeing my kids dance.  Only a few were able to figure out the web download, 95% of my students had to take a school computer home so they are learning lots of tech skills.  I was able to see more kids because I shared my screen.  Thank you so much for making this possible.  The teacher was great, and the activities were perfect.  Thanks again."

We agree with the Utah State Board of Education’s statement, "All students should have the opportunity to experience the fine arts as part of a well-rounded curriculum and complete education. Dance is a universal language, an expressive and vibrant art with the capacity to unify the physical, mental, social, emotional, aesthetic, and spiritual aspects of the human being.”  This remains true even in a world of quickly changing and unpredictable learning environments.

In order to serve students and teachers in various teaching and learning situations, we are offering live-stream sessions for any public or charter school in Utah. The specific date, time, and content can be discussed and determined based on each classroom’s particular needs. Students are encouraged to get up, stretch, exercise, and express themselves through movement in our live-stream dance classes! Our dancers are trained in live-stream style teaching; your students might be in a school classroom, half present and half remote, or studying completely online from their homes - we can adapt our program to whatever structure you as a teacher are working with. These classes are free of charge (supported by POPS/Utah State Board of Education), and Zoom or Webex will be the platform we utilize - your preference.
